Virginia Mansilla, Esq.

Ms. Mansilla was born and raised in Cordoba, Argentina. She is barred in New York & Argentina and has over 20 years of experience advising clients on complex transactions in the U.S. and International markets. Ms. Mansilla’s vast experience extends to such sectors as telecommunications, real estate, infrastructure, business, and regulatory compliance. Virginia is also an established Realtor which has helped fortify her knowledge of real estate law.

More specifically, Ms. Mansilla has experience analyzing, planning, and developing international business opportunities, providing guidance to individuals and companies looking to enter foreign markets, counseling on and negotiating international commercial transactions, and advising on all aspects of regulatory and licensing requirements.

At the Campbell Law Group, Ms. Mansilla provides clients with global legal advice and strategies for entry into Latin America and works with our firm and other US firms from across the country to aid in the entry of international businesses into the United States markets. Ms. Mansilla also provides a full range of legal support (non-lawyer) to our firm for such matters as corporate governance, contracts, real estate, international trade, business transactions, and regulatory matters as a Florida real estate and business transaction coordinator.

In her spare time, Virginia enjoys playing tennis, running marathons, cooking food, and spending time with her husband, 3 children, and her dog Cooper.
She is fluent in English and Spanish with limited working proficiency in Italian. She has served a magnitude of clients across various fields of law.
