Daniel J. DeWitt, Esq.

Daniel is a business-minded Associate Attorney and assists with a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation matters. Daniel earned his B.S. in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Bentley University and graduatedcum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

While in law school, Daniel was an Editor on the Inter-American Law Review and was a two-time winner and recipient of the best brief award for the University of Miami Entertainment and Sports Law Society’s annual NFL Contract Negotiation Competition. Due to his success in this competition, Daniel was invited to represent Miami Law at Tulane Law’s national competition against several other top law schools in the country two years in a row.

Prior to and during his educational career, Daniel started and was involved in multiple business ventures of his own. These experiences give Daniel a unique perspective in the representation of his clients and a deeper understanding of their businesses.

Prior to joining The Campbell Law Group, Daniel worked as a Securities Attorney at a national law firm, specializing in FINRA arbitration cases involving high-risk alternative investments.
