The Campbell Law Group, PA. is seeking full-time and part time litigation and transactional associate
attorneys to join its team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a first-class boutique law firm in Coral
Gables with an exceptional, challenging, and fast-paced work environment.

Litigation Candidates (Full Time and Part Time positions available)

The litigation candidates will be responsible for various corporate, employment and commercial law
matters, including assisting senior attorneys in litigating cases, drafting and reviewing pleadings,
motions, attending hearings, case management, conducting research, and providing sound legal advice
to clients under short time constraints. Litigation candidates must have the following requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to
    practice law.
  • Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in the following areas: civil procedure,
    employment, civil and corporate law.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in corporate and fraud matters
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in all aspects and stages of litigation.
  • Transactional Experience with strong drafting, researching, and negotiating skills a plus
  • Good computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
  • Experience Litigating Arbitrations (preferred, Not Required)
  • Experience handling legal matters involving Europe and Latin American countries (preferred, not
    required).

Transactional Candidates

The transactional candidates will be responsible for various corporate, employment and commercial law
matters, including assisting senior attorneys with drafting documents, which includes, but is not limited
to various types of contracts, such as operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, services agreement,
employment handbooks and related employment documents and conducting research.

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to
    practice law. (Preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in the following areas: civil procedure,
    employment, civil and corporate law.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and employment
    matters.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Transactional Experience with strong drafting, researching, and negotiating skills.
