The Campbell Law Group, P.A. is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate to join its team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a first-class boutique law firm in Coral Gables. The selected candidate will be responsible for various corporate and commercial law matters, including assisting in litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, case management, conducting discovery, attending hearings, research, providing sound legal advice to clients, and supporting the Managing Partner when needed. The candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under strict deadlines.
This Position Has The Following Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school,
- Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to practice law
- Knowledge of Florida law and corporate law
- 5 – 10+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in corporate and fraud matters (experience in transactional and/or contract drafting a plus)
- Fully bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
- Proficient in (with a genuine enjoyment for) litigating cases at all stages.
- Transactional Experience With Strong Drafting, Researching, And Negotiating Skills
- Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and overall good internet navigation skills.
- Experience Litigating Arbitrations (preferred, Not Required)
- Experience handling legal matters involving Latin American and European countries (preferred, not required)

Independent Contractor/Contract/Of Counsel Opportunity: min. weekly hours available

Contract/Corporate Transactional Attorney: $60 to $120 per hour
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school,
- Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to practice law. (Preferred not required)
- Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in the following areas: civil procedure, employment, civil and corporate law.
- 5 years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and employment matters.
- Strong drafting, organizational and research skills.
- Experience with drafting leases, client agreements, corporate governance documents and agreements, stock option/plan experience a plus, employment policies, agreements and handbooks. Experience with employment litigation a plus. Drafting social media policies and terms and conditions a big plus.
- Detailed oriented
- Good computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw.

Corporate/Business Litigation Attorney: $80 to $140 per hour
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

- Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in the following areas: civil procedure, employment, civil and corporate law.
- of 7 years of experience in civil and corporate litigation.
- Strong drafting and research skills and detailed oriented.
- Must have experience drafting demand letters, complaints, motions, discovery and trial related documents and research of related cause of actions, jury instructions, etc.
