Beatriz Carta is of counsel with the firm and is well versed in handling all aspects of complex commercial, construction, environmental and business arbitration and litigation in federal and state courts nationwide, including U.S. Territories.  Ms. Carta also has experience representing surety companies in construction litigation related to large construction projects in the South Eastern United States. Ms. Carta regularly participates in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitration of complex commercial and construction matters.

In addition to her broad litigation experience, Ms. Carta has experience working with domestic and international corporations counseling clients in all aspects of the business litigation.
