Nicholas G. Neville, Esq.

Nicholas G. Neville is an associate attorney at The Campbell Law Group, P.A. Mr. Neville focuses on commercial litigation matters, ranging from breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference claims. Mr. Neville also has experience handling derivative shareholder actions from both the corporation and shareholder perspectives.

Mr. Neville is a native of Miami, Florida. Upon graduating from Christopher Columbus High School, Mr. Neville attended Florida State University where he earned majors in both finance and marketing. After graduating from FSU, Mr. Neville would return to Miami to earn his Juris Doctorate at the Florida International University’s College of Law.

During law school Mr. Neville was involved with FIU Law’s moot court and negotiation teams, serving as the President of FIU Law’s moot court team his 3L year. Mr. Neville participated in FIU Law’s study-abroad program in Seville, Spain, which allowed him the opportunity to learn about the Spanish legal system and culture. Mr. Neville also took part in FIU Law’s externship program, where he spent a semester learning from the litigation department of the City Attorney’s Office for the City of Miami, Florida.

Mr. Neville joined TCLG during the summer of 2015, just after completing his second year of law school. Since joining TCLG, Mr. Neville has handled a wide array of matters that have given him experience in several areas of practice. In addition to various commercial matters, Mr. Neville also has experience in litigating aviation cases, construction liens and disputes, landlord-tenant eviction actions, Federal FLSA lawsuits, and cases centered around the misappropriation of company property.

On the transactional side, Mr. Neville has represented many local and international businesses while at TCLG. Mr. Neville has experience in creating many different types of agreements for its clients, as well as assisting on internal employment matters. Mr. Neville has also worked with international businesses that desire to expand or domesticate their business in South Florida.

Mr. Neville is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in United States District Courts in the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Neville was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016, and was admitted into the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2017.
